Zero Trust Threads
Privacy notice
How information is handled across this site and its linked platforms.
This notice describes information handling for the Zero Trust Threads website’s contact form and links to external services.
Contact form information
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, selected topic, and message. These details are sent through EmailJS to the connected Gmail inbox so Zero Trust Threads can receive and respond to your inquiry.
The form does not include file uploads or save message drafts in browser storage. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not include passwords, full payment details, access tokens, or confidential information.
Email delivery and message records
EmailJS and Google process information to provide email delivery and mailbox services. Messages delivered to Gmail can remain in the mailbox independently of EmailJS’s message-history settings. For information about an inquiry you previously submitted, use the contact form and select “Privacy question.”
Review EmailJS’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for those providers’ practices.
Technical information and spam protection
When you access a website or send an online form, the services involved receive connection and request information needed to deliver that service. Depending on their configuration, hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request details, and service logs.
The contact form uses validation and basic submission checks. It does not load Google reCAPTCHA while that feature is unconfigured. If reCAPTCHA is enabled later, the form offers a “Load spam protection” control before connecting to Google and completing the check. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to its service.
External platforms
The website links to Hashnode for articles, GitHub for learning resources, Instagram for social content, and Etsy and Payhip for products. Clicking a link takes you to a separate service, where its own privacy notice and terms apply.
Messages and purchases on those platforms can also provide Zero Trust Threads with information needed to respond or support an order. Using an external checkout does not mean the seller receives no customer information.
Your choices and requests
You can browse the main site without submitting the contact form or making a purchase. Only provide information relevant to your inquiry.
For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the contact form and select “Privacy question.” Identify the relevant message or order without sending passwords or payment card details. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
For account information held directly by a platform, use that platform’s privacy and account controls as well.
